IT Architecture

Information Technology Architecture is a framework and a set of strategies for the utilization and management of information technology.It is composed of principles, policies, and standards that guide the engineering of an organization’s IT systems and infrastructure in a way that ensures alignment with business needs.IT Architecture provides guidance for the selection and implementation of the computing platforms, software, networks, and related products that interconnect different systems and ensure their interoperability. It is not an information resource management plan.The goal of this course is to develop the appreciation of the links between business requirements and IT development and investment needs of an organization.
